I am passionate about helping people be the best they can be physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I’ve been on my own spiritual path from an early age and understand how challenging this can be! I have been doing healing work for 15+ years with different modalities including Reiki, Crystals, Energy Healing and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy as well as running meditation classes, workshops and retreats.
